necklace and earrings of rough tektite nuggets (a form of natural glass, thought to be splash products created by meteor impacts), ruby in zoisite and cranberry faceted freshwater pearls (d), accented with sterling silver and finished with a sterling silver question mark clasp. the earrings are hung on sterling silver fishhook earwires.

the highlight of this edgy necklace is the pendant, a signed carving by the very talented artist, slava tulupov, entitled "nighthawk #004." this work of art is accented with a dangle of an 8mm, 1.59ct bluish green synthetic spinel, a 6mm, .75ct (est.) rhodolite garnet, and a 4mm, .27ct black diamond (h/i).
